Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs) are a charitable giving account established by an individual, family, or organization to support their philanthropic goals. DAFs represent the fastest growing vehicle in philanthropy in 2025 DAFs are flexible, tax-advantaged way to contribute to charities while retaining advisory privileges over how and when the funds are distributed. Today there is over $55B sitting in DAFs, designated for charitable giving accordingly to the National Philanthropic Trust.
